I was really looking forward to September and October weather in the Northeast with a string of sunny days, temperatures in the seventies or low eighties and low humidity. I guess that is not going happen. In Philadelphia and NYC it's going to be humid and cloudy with the threat of rain everyday. They have gotten almost 4.5 inches of rain at the Philadelphia Airport weather station since last night. It's going to rain on and off the rest the rest of the day with steady rain on Sunday through Monday. On Friday we have the threat of Hurricane Florence. It doesn't matter if it makes landfall in North Carolina. It's bringing with it a tropical system that will inundate the East Coast with rain for several days. Might see the sun again with temps in the seventies around 10 days from now.
